What is music & movement with a difference?

Sessions are based on Dalcroze Eurhythmics, an engaging approach that brings together music, movement and the mind.

Dalcroze activities can help support movement, coordination, memory, flexibility, attention and confidence — all while having fun and connecting with others.

Improve physical wellbeing

Enjoy fun activities and games designed to support:

  • Balance and posture
  • Flexibility and coordination
  • Walking confidence and mobility
  • Fall prevention

Boost brain power

Challenge your mind while you move and have fun:

  • Improve memory and concentration
  • Enhance attention and mental flexibility
  • Try dual-tasking — moving and thinking at the same time

Feel good & connect

Music and movement can also support emotional and social wellbeing:

  • Meet new like-minded people
  • Build confidence and self-expression
  • Support your overall wellbeing and quality of life

Most importantly…

Have fun.

Make new friends.

Enjoy refreshments after every class.
