Who can come along:
Our event is open to anyone wishing to end the summer on a high! Parents are welcome to bring along children, but we need to highlight that there will be adults drinking alcohol there and children’s headsets will need to be paid for.
Entertainment:
Somerset Silent Disco will be providing the entertainment, transmitting music from the 70s, 80s, 90s, and 00s through wireless headphones. It’s so much fun to dance to your favourite hits and find others dancing to the same music as you! Then when you want to take a break, you can have a chat without having to shout to get yourself heard with your friends.
Refreshments:
We will be providing a bar serving alcohol, soft drinks and crisps. Payments can be made by cash or card. Included in your booking price you will be served a burger or hot dog. Vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available. We can accommodate most dietary requirements if highlighted in the booking form. Unfortunately, if someone has a serious allergy, we will not be able to meet their requirements, as food is prepared in a non-industrial kitchen which will not be allergy free i.e. nuts and wheat will be used in our kitchens, so we cannot guarantee against cross contamination.
Venue:
Making the most of the mild weather, we will be partying in the garden! We are prepared for all eventualities and will have 2 large marquees for dancing and seating. We will have disco lighting and smoke machine. Orchard House Garden is in Deepdene Park. Access is through the back gate, via Veitch Close, St Leonard’s Exeter, EX2 4AF.
Directions and Parking
Free parking is available in County Hall, on Topsham Road. Access is via Veitch Close. The Stagecoach bus that stops nearest the venue is the H bus.
Costs and Bookings:
The cost is £20 per person with all profits going to Hospiscare. To book your place, please complete the Booking Form at the bottom of this webpage. If you are booking for guests, please provide their names, contact details and any dietary requirements.

Cancellation Policy:
If you notify us that you cannot attend the event, at least 10 days in advance of the event, we can offer you a refund. If it is less than 10 days’ notice, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. Instead, you can send someone else in your place, if you can give us their name, contact details and any dietary requirements.
