Mindful Moments

Mindful Moments is a series of videos produced by Hospiscare's Complementary Therapy team to help support your wellbeing and mental health.

Whether you’re a staff member, volunteer, patient or a member of the public, these videos are designed to help you take a moment to consider your own wellbeing. Have a browse below to find a session to suit you.

All the videos are around 15-20 minutes long, and led by our specialist Complementary Therapists.
