Our monthly walking group offers a gentle way to find support, connect with others, and take a well-earned break in the fresh air.
Coping with the loss of a loved one can be emotionally and physically draining. Walking is proven to boost mental wellbeing, reduce stress, and improve overall health. With each step, you’ll have the chance to share experiences with others who understand, or simply enjoy the peace of nature.
Whether you need a moment of solitude, a supportive conversation, or just the benefits of fresh air, you are more than welcome to join us.
Our walks take place on the second Tuesday of each month, at 10.30am (excluding August)

“After my husband died, I didn’t feel I could talk to my friends and family. I didn’t want to put my grief on my children, as they were grieving themselves.
This group gives me a shared space to talk, if I want to, because I know that everyone is going through the same thing. Sometimes we talk about it, and sometimes we don’t, but we know we can.”
