The Hospiscare Books of Memories are physical books that include dedications from people who have lost someone they love, regardless of whether that person was looked after by Hospiscare.
The Books of Memories will be on display at local churches from 4 December 2024 until Twelfth Night:

- Exeter Cathedral – available to be viewed when the Cathedral is open.
- Crediton Parish Church – available to be viewed when the church is open.
- Fairplace Church, Okehampton – available to be viewed when the church is open.
- St Margaret’s Church, Topsham – available to be viewed when the church is open.
- St Peter’s Church, Tiverton – available to be viewed when the church is open.
