The Hospiscare Book of Memories is a physical book that is printed once a year and includes dedications from people who have lost someone they love, regardless of whether that person was looked after by Hospiscare. Please note that dedications have now closed for this year.
The Book of Memories will be on display at Exeter Cathedral from 3 December 2025 until Twelfth Night, when the book will return to Searle House and be displayed in our hospice chapel.
