On 1 and 2 March, our ‘Keeping Care at Home’ campaign will challenge our community to raise £400,000 – and, thanks to generous match funding, every donation made during this time will be doubled.
This is a rare opportunity to make twice the impact for people who need specialist end-of-life care at home.
For someone facing their final days, being in familiar surroundings can mean comfort, dignity, and precious time with loved ones – but only if the right care is in place.
During these 36 hours, your gift could help:
- Fund home visits from a Hospiscare Clinical Nurse Specialist, providing pain relief, compassion, and reassurance
- Provide Specialist Dementia Nurse visits, offering practical support for families navigating the challenges of dementia
- Fund a home bereavement visit, helping a local family through the most difficult of times
- Support a visit from our Rapid Response Team, providing vital care when it’s needed most
