Heart2Heart is a series of healthcare sessions for anyone living with heart failure, along with their partners, family members, or carers.The course supports participants to learn more about heart failure, its treatments, and strategies around day-to-day living. Each session includes practical tips, open discussions, and the chance to share experiences with others who truly understand. There’s also time for questions, and even some gentle relaxation if you’d like.

Who offers Heart2Heart?
Heart2Heart is run by specialist heart failure nurses from the Royal Devon hospital and the team at
Hospiscare, with support from other healthcare professionals such as physiotherapists and occupational therapists.
Why would joining Heart2Heart sessions help me?
Being told you have heart failure, for some, can feel worrying and bring up lots of questions. Heart2Heart is here to give you clear information, support, and reassurance. It’s a safe and welcoming space to talk, learn new ways to cope, and feel less alone.
Where are Heart2Heart sessions held?
The five sessions take place face-to-face in a friendly, relaxed, and safe setting at Hospiscare’s Exeter base at Searle House, just across the car park from the Royal Devon & Exeter hospital. You’ll
receive full details about the venue, and how to find it, in your invitation letter.
When are the Heart2Heart sessions held?
The five Heart2Heart sessions run four times a year. You will receive an invitation letter to the group, which will include the dates for your five sessions.
How to take part
