Each person we care for comes to us with a lifetime of precious moments and special relationships. You could create a lasting tribute to your loved one by having a leaf, dedicated to them, displayed on the Memory Tree at Searle House.
Your leaf will be engraved with the name of your special person and if you wish, a personal message from you to them. It will hang on the tree in a peaceful space at Searle House, where you are welcome to visit and spend some quiet time reflecting and remembering your loved one.
How to request your leaf:
- Complete the form below, or call 01392 688020 to ask for a printed form
- We’ll let you know when your leaf will take its place on our tree
- You are welcome to visit Searle House to see your leaf, as many times as you like
- If you would like to include the name of your loved one on your leaf, please include it in your dedication
Your loved one’s leaf will hang on our tree for 12 months. You can then decide if you want to renew it for another year or have it returned to you as a memorial keepsake.
