Healthcare Assistant – Hospiscare Band 3: £24,071 – 25,674 per annum pro rata
Part time – 22.5 – 37.5 hours/week, 3 – 5 days over 7 days, 8:30am – 7:00 pm
As a Health Care Assistant on our Rapid Response Team, you will work under the leadership of a Senior Registered Nurse and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, evidence-based specialist palliative care and clinical advice. In this role, you will also liaise with the Clinical Nurse Specialist and wider community teams to ensure patients are appropriately prioritised.
