Here’s a fantastic opportunity to join Hospiscare as a Registered Nurse in our newly formed Rapid Response Team at Searle House, Exeter EX2 5JJ
22.5 – 37.5 hours/week, 4 or 5 days over 7 days, 8:30am – 7:00pm
Hospiscare Band 5: £29,970 – 36,483 per annum pro rata
As a Registered Nurse on our Rapid Response Team, you will work under the leadership of a Senior Registered Nurse and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, evidence-based specialist palliative care and clinical advice. You will be registered with the NMC, with experience in specialist palliative care preferred. In this role, you will also liaise with the Clinical Nurse Specialist and wider community teams to ensure patients are appropriately prioritised.
