Hospiscare is looking for Shop Volunteers based in Topsham. This is an opportunity to volunteer with a well-loved and respected local charity.
About the Shop Volunteer role:
As a shop volunteer, you will help to generate essential income to maintain hospice services for our patients and their loved ones.
We’re looking for reliable people with friendly and welcoming personalities who want to give their time to support their local hospice charity shop.
We are currently looking for volunteers to fill the following shifts;
- Tuesday morning
- Friday afternoon
- Saturday morning and afternoon
Typical activities of the role:
- Pricing and replenishing stock
- Serving shop customers
- Supporting the shop manager with window displays
- Promoting and selling Hospiscare’s lottery
What we’re looking for in our Shop Volunteers:
- Reliability
- A friendly and welcoming personality
- Willingness to work as part of a team
We’ll offer you all the training and support you need to be fully equipped to volunteer safely and effectively.
