This course will build awareness and knowledge of palliative care emergencies and how to act on the various types of emergencies that may arise.
- Develop an awareness of the various types of palliative care emergencies
- Build the knowledge necessary to recognise and respond when a patient is experiencing a palliative care emergency
- Recognise the impact of prompt recognition and escalation on the patient and their relatives
