A garden for pollinators and people with year round interest. Exuberantly planted with perennials, annuals, roses, climbers and shrubs. Beds and borders are in a cottage garden style as well as a herb garden with hexagonal beds, a large vegetable garden and also a polytunnel growing salads and vegetables for use in the tearoom. Scent and colour all around attracting bees and butterflies from Spring onwards. Wildflower meadow with skylarks singing and a myriad of other little birds. Paths cut through for a pleasant stroll. Viewing mound from which to see the whole site. Plenty of benches and corners for quiet contemplation. Apple, pear and plum orchards provide blossom for the pollinators as well as fruit to use in our pies, cakes and preserves.
