London Marathon 2026

Could you join #TeamHospiscare and take on the most iconic race in the world on Sunday 26 April 2026? Why not put your best foot forward, take home the coveted TCS London Marathon finishers medal and support your local adult hospice?

The world-famous London Marathon route has remained largely unchanged since the inaugural race in 1981 and you’ll pass by many of the capital’s most famous landmarks, including the Cutty Sark, Canary Wharf, St Paul’s Cathedral, Big Ben and Buckingham Palace.
