Hospiscare Firewalk Terms and Conditions

Please read our Terms and Conditions

  1. I understand that I am expected to raise or donate the minimum sponsorship amount in addition to my entry fee.
  2. I understand that I cannot use any of the sponsorship money I raise for Hospiscare to pay for any expenses
  3. All sponsorship money must be sent directly to Hospiscare within three months of the event.
  4. I understand that my registration fee is not refundable.
  5. I understand that I should be of reasonable health and fitness to undertake this challenge.
  6. I acknowledge that Hospiscare does not accept responsibility for any injury, loss or damage to me or my property incurred during participation of the event.
  7. I understand that I must not be under the influence of alcohol while taking part in the event.
  8. I understand that I must not be under the influence of recreational drugs while taking part in the event (or any substance that impairs judgement and decision making)
  9. I will follow the safety advice given on the day.
  10. I understand that if I do not attend the Mind Over Matter Masterclass (instructional seminar provided on the day) then I will not be able to take part.
  11. You consent to Hospiscare using any images (photography / video filming) taken at the Firewalk event in (but not limited to) print, online, social media and funding applications.
  12. By sharing images and social media content with Hospiscare, i.e. by tagging Hospiscare or using the event hashtag, participants understand that Hospiscare may share or repost this content.
  13. Hospiscare reserves the right to cancel the event at short notice should this be deemed necessary. In such case a full refund of your registration fee would be offered.
  14. Please remember that while taking part in this event, you are representing Hospiscare and should not do anything to damage the reputation of the charity
