Our Hospiscare Heroes are truly super; week after week, they support our local charity with their fundraising endeavours across Exeter, Mid and East Devon and help to save our services for the future.

We are sending a huge thank you to GX Accountancy & Bookkeeping Services for completing their Twilight Walk at the end of last month. The team were unable to complete their walk in July due to COVID so instead, they took on their own route around the lanes near GXHQ.
Thank you also to Bryan and Rowena Drew from Membury. near Axminster, who recently celebrated their golden wedding anniversary and asked for donations to Hospiscare from their friends and family. Bryan and Rowena chose Hospiscare as a cause close to their hearts and raised an amazing £700!
Thank you to Hazel Williams who raised a fantastic £160 by busking in and around Axminster. We are so grateful to Hazel for her support.
Thank you to Dart’s Farm and Energy Hair who are putting on a fashion show on Thursday 29 September to raise funds for Hospiscare. The evening of fizz, fashion, hair, and entertainment will feature renowned Savile Row Tailor, Sharif Mirzad and London designer Caroline Charles who will present a capsule collection with looks to include daytime chic, wedding, occasion and evening wear… not forgetting some incredible hairstyles from the team at Energy Hair!
The event will also feature interval performances from local artists, along with competitions throughout the evening with the chance to win some amazing fashion, hair and beauty prizes.

We are sending a huge thank you to The Royal Beacon Hotel in Exmouth for their recent donation to our Hospiscare prize draw: a two night B&B stay in their beautiful seaside hotel with a bottle of prosecco!
We are so grateful to Nexus Open Systems who are taking on another incredible challenge to support our local charity. A 12-strong team from Nexus will walk a whopping 35k in one day between the two points of the rivers Axe and Exe. Their challenge will take place on 16 September and the team have raised almost £400 so far! To donate to Team Nexus’s challenge, please click here.
