Hospiscare Heroes – From bucket collections to ‘In Memory’ fundraising

Our Hospiscare Heroes have been flexing their super powers to support our charity at this difficult time

Our Hospiscare Heroes are truly super; week after week, they support our local charity with their fundraising endeavours across Exeter, Mid and East Devon and help to save our services for the future. Every pound raised can help keep our vital care service running for local people in need.

From all of us at Hospiscare, we are sending a huge thank you to all of our Hospiscare Heroes. Read on to find out how they have been flexing their super powers this week.

We are sending a huge thank you to the Crediton and District Lions Club who raised an amazing £500 with a bucket collection held at Morrisons in Crediton during November and December. The collection itself raised £460 which  was generously rounded up by the Lions Club. Thank you to everyone involved.

Thank you to our amazing and generous ‘In Memory’ supporters who have raised an incredible £49,025.94 for Hospiscare during 2021. Families and friends have collected donations and organised fundraising activities in memory of loved ones through their Much Loved tribute pages. Their wonderful support has enabled our doctors and nurses to be there for local families in need.

Creating a beautiful tribute in memory of a loved one is something that is available to all of our supporters. If you’d like to find out more, click here.
