When you lose someone you love, you can feel lost and unsure how to move on. Doing something positive to honour their memory can be an important part of the grieving process.
We have a number of ways for you to celebrate the life of someone special, from dedicating a leaf on our Memory Tree to joining us at a memorial event.

Hospiscare wouldn’t exist without donations. We have to raise around £8 million every year to support our patients. You can donate online or by popping into one of our shops. Thank you.
Grief is natural, but it can feel all-consuming at times. Talking with someone who understands what you’re going through can help. We offer one-to-one support and group sessions.
Family and friends often like to donate to charity at a funeral. We can make collecting donations as easy as possible by providing donation envelopes for your guests.
One in five patients is supported by people remembering Hospiscare in their will. There’s no minimum donation amount and it’s quick and easy to set up.
The leaves on our Memory Tree celebrate the lives of some of the people we’ve supported. You can sponsor a leaf for a year or more and have it engraved with your loved one’s name.
A Tribute Fund is a way of honouring the memory of someone special while raising money for a charity that was important to them. We can help you to set one up.
