Thank you for fundraising for Hospiscare. Whether you’ve invited friends over for a coffee morning, opened up your garden to visitors or leapt out of a plane, every penny you’ve raised will be put to good use.
However you choose to pay in your money, please do give us your completed sponsorship form . It could boost the money you’ve raised by up to 25% as we can claim Gift Aid on some donations.
You can pay your money in online here. You can pay by credit card, debit card, PayPal, Google Pay and other options.
You’ll be prompted to give your reason for donating. Please select the relevant reason from the drop down list. If you’re paying in money that you’ve raised at one of our events, please select ‘I have taken part in a sponsored event’ and then type in the name of the event in the box below it. Please also tell us if you have a sponsorship form to send to us.
Donate by post
If you’d prefer to pay by cheque, please make it payable to ‘Hospiscare’. You can send it, along with your completed sponsorship form, to Fundraising Department, Hospiscare, Searle House, Dryden Rd, Exeter, EX2 5JJ.
Donate by telephone
You can make a card payment over the phone by calling our fundraising office on 01392 688020.
Donate at one of our shops or hospices
You can drop cash off to one of our shops or hospices. (Please find your closest one here.) Just hand your money and sponsorship form to a member of staff or volunteer. We’ll send you a thank you letter to confirm that we’ve received the funds.
Don’t forget to send us your sponsorship form!
If you pay online or over the phone, you’ll need to send us your sponsorship form. You can either:
- Post your form to Fundraising Department, Hospiscare, Searle House, Dryden Road, Exeter, EX2 5JJ
- Or, scan and email it to fundraising@hospiscare.co.uk
Please include a note saying how and when you paid the money in, so that we can match the payment with your form.
