A half acre, level garden focused on wildlife and pollinator friendly planting. Borders are filled with shrubs, perennials and annuals, many grown from seed in the greenhouse. Features include a dead hedge, two wildlife ponds (no fish), a small copse, and an orchard reached through a wildflower meadow. Two patios are planted with containers and offer lovely views and space to enjoy refreshments.
Admission: Entry by donation
Parking: On forecourt (priority disabled/elderly); 4 spaces on farm track; 10 spaces at neighbour’s (3 mins’ walk)
Refreshments: Tea, coffee, soft drinks and home baked cakes
Wheelchair Access: Level garden from parking in front
Dogs: Yes, well behaved dogs on leads
Toilets: Yes
