The visit to Wellhayes Vineyard, includes a talk by the owner along with a tour of the winery and the vineyard as well as a glass of the award-winning Wellhayes Sparkling Wine and samples of the Wellhayes luxury handmade chocolates together with a traditional Devon cream tea. Stout footwear is recommended.
Admission: £25 per person.
Parking: There is a car park on site below the vineyard, accessed through the main courtyard from where the tour starts.
Refreshments: The visit will include a glass of Wellhayes Sparkling Wine, together with a traditional cream tea and samples of the hand made luxury truffles made with the spirits made on site.
Wheelchair Access: Yes, with restricted access to the vineyard. Please advise any accessibility requirements at the time of booking.
Dogs: Yes, well behaved dogs are welcome. The only restriction is that they don’t come into the winery, but it is usually fine for the owner to stay with them at the door.
Toilets: Yes
As the tour includes a sample of the Wellhayes Sparkling Wine, this is not suitable for those under 18 years of age.
